can i return my dress if i don’t like it or it doesn’t fit?

We are committed to providing a dress that makes you feel great.  If your dress requires fit adjustments, Union Station will provide a reimbursement of up to $35 for local tailoring. 

Please note that because all our dresses are made according to your measurements – and no one else’s, we do not offer refunds.  

If you have any concerns about the fit, quality, or construction of your garment, email us at hi@unionstation.com within 10 days of receiving your garment.

How much does Union Station reimburse for alterations?

How do I get reimbursed for alterations?

Contact us at hi@unionstation.com to get a reimbursement form.  We will reimburse up to $35.  Be sure to let us know if you’ll be getting alterations within 10 days of when you receive your order.  The alteration reimbursement will be refunded to the original card used to purchase your order.

 

What do I do if I receive a dress that has a quality or construction issue?

If there are any issues related to the quality or construction of your dress, please contact us at hi@unionstation.com within 10 days after receiving your order for assistance.
