We take your trust very seriously and we’ll do whatever it takes to ensure every bridesmaid has a dress that fits. Here’s how we make sure bridesmaids find the dress they’ll feel great in:

Two weeks before the wedding, we’ll send your dress, plus a free backup size. (FYI, most people get the perfect fit right off the bat.)

If the styles or sizes aren’t working for you, you’re welcome to swap dresses with another bridesmaid if she has a backup size or style you like.

Still no luck? It happens! Call or email us within 1 business day and we can send you another size or style before the event for $25. (Which, by the way, only happens about 3% of the time.)

Still, still no luck? You can convert your rental to a purchase and have it altered. (This is pretty rare and only happens about 0.5% of the time.)
